Cleomes, aka Spiderflowers due to their flower shape, have amazing heat, humidity and drought-tolerance which give them an excellent reputation for performance in our hot, humid summers; may reseed and, after mild winters, behave as a perennial as the previous year’s seeds germinate the following spring.
