We deliver on our own trucks along a sort-of-established route. We try to notify landscape customers of an approximate delivery time the day prior to delivery. If our driver doesn’t get an answer at your number when we call, he/she will leave a message. If you get a message from a number that you don’t recognize the day prior to a delivery from us, it might be our driver and we would appreciate it if you would listen to see if the message includes an approximate delivery time. That will save you a call to our office the next day.
Due to previous adventures that shall remain undisclosed, we require that someone be present at the time of delivery to either sign the ticket in the case of a credit customer or to make payment if the order is COD. Thanks for understanding.
